Returns and Exchanges Policy

As each item is custom made / customized by hand to order, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges.

We do not accepts returns, exchanges, or cancellations. 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, within 14 days of receipt of the item, if your item was received different from what was ordered so that we are able to quickly evaluate the item and make it right. For items received different than what was ordered, we may require and request an image of the defective item received in order to initiate a refund, replacement, or return at our discretion.

For custom items including products that are custom designed, configured, personalized, or inscribed, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is damaged/defective upon arrival or there was a mistake made by us and you received an item different than what was ordered. If there is an error such as incorrect spelling, color, or an incorrect product provided by us causing the item you received to be different than was ordered please email us at support@beyouathletics.com and we will work to quickly provide you with a replacement or resolution.

Most items determined to be defective do not require a return. If your item is determined to require a return, we will provide you with a free prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to confirm your details to initiate the return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All refunds of returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt back to us.
